Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs



A tasty and flavorful way to eat grilled chicken is on these Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs. When you mix ranch dressing, fresh rosemary, and garlic, you get a delicious marinade that makes the chicken taste amazing. With red onion and colorful bell peppers, these kabobs make a meal that looks good and fills you up.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

Add the olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to a bowl

Mix the ranch dressing and olive oil together

Put the chicken in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again

Then, pour half of the marinade over the chicken

Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for the best taste

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Putting the chicken that has been marinated, pieces of bell pepper, and red onion on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other

For 10 to 12 minutes, turning the kabobs every now and then, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred

While grilling, brush the kabobs with the rest of the marinade

Once the kabobs are done, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes

Warm up the Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs and serve them with your favorite sides
