Perfect Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients:
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
