Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad
This Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad has all the right tastes and textures. That salad is tasty and good for you. You can eat it as a side dish or a light meal. Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded Brussel sprouts
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shred the Brussels sprouts and chop the kale and put them together in a large bowl
