Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad



This Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad has all the right tastes and textures. That salad is tasty and good for you. You can eat it as a side dish or a light meal. The lemony dressing gives it a sour kick, and the dried cranberries and sliced almonds make it sweet and crunchy at the same time. Give it a try and enjoy a tasty and healthy salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded Brussel sprouts
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Shred the Brussels sprouts and chop the kale and put them together in a large bowl

Salt and pepper should be mixed with the honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper in a small bowl

Pour the dressing over the kale and brussel sprouts

Add toss to cover evenly

Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of the salad and add some sliced almonds and dried cranberries

Toss it again to mix all the ingredients together

Let the salad sit for ten minutes so that the flavors can mix

You can eat the Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad as a light main course or as a healthy side dish
