Unbelievably Juicy! Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper

This will be your marinade

Trim any excess fat or silver skin from the pork tenderloins

Place the pork tenderloins in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them

Ensure the tenderloins are well-coated

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor

Remove the pork from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature

Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking

Grill the pork tenderloins for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C

Cooking time may vary based on your grill and the thickness of the tenderloins

Once cooked, let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing
