No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream



This recipe for no-churn strawberry ice cream is very easy to follow and doesn't need any special tools. It's fruity and creamy, and it's great for cooling off in the summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined

Fold in the mashed strawberries

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm

Scoop and enjoy!
